About Me
I am a diverse marketing and communications professional with a strong background in digital strategy, content creation, and brand development. Over the past eight years, I’ve built a career that spans international experiences, in-house marketing roles, agency work, and business ownership – giving me a unique, well-rounded perspective on brand storytelling and audience engagement.
Currently, I am with Edinburgh Science, in Scotland as their Digital Marketing Officer, where I develop and deliver digital marketing strategies to support a diverse portfolio of projects, from large-scale public events to international education programmes and community initiatives. My role involves leading multi-platform content strategies, maintaining our relationship with our audience through managing social media channels and our EDM system, producing digital assets, collaborating with external creatives, managing digital Ads and analysing campaign performance to inform future strategy. This position has allowed me to refine my skills in campaign reporting, audience segmentation, and partnership collaboration.
Prior to this, I held the role of Marketing Coordinator at Zealandia Eco Sanctuary in Wellington, New Zealand, where I was responsible for managing social media, email marketing, print collateral, and campaign execution for one of New Zealand’s most treasured conservation attractions.
In addition to my professional roles, I founded and directed my own event styling business, Bloom Shine Events, from 2018 to 2023. This experience developed my entrepreneurial skills, project management abilities, and client relationship expertise, while allowing me to lead creative projects from concept to delivery.
My career has also included international design roles in Japan and the USA, including a marketing and sales internship with Walt Disney World, where I gained first-hand experience working within a globally recognised brand, as well as insights into international sales strategy and corporate marketing operations.
I am passionate about creative storytelling, building meaningful brand experiences, and developing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. Through my varied career journey, I have consistently demonstrated adaptability, strategic thinking, and a commitment to delivering engaging, results-driven marketing solutions.
